Xcash Financial Services Inc. ("Xcash", "we", "us") operates xcash.ca and provides lending and pawnbroker services from 3768 Bathurst St. #206, North York, Ontario. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario law.

2. What we collect

• Identity information: name, date of birth, government-issued ID details, and (with your consent) Social Insurance Number.
• Contact information: email, phone number, and residential address.
• Financial information: employment, income, banking details, and, where applicable, property or vehicle information used to assess a secured loan.
• Usage information: pages visited and application progress, used to improve our website.

3. How we use it

Your information is used to verify your identity, assess your application, administer your loan, meet legal record-keeping requirements (including under the Payday Loans Act and Pawnbrokers Act), and, only with your consent, send you marketing communications.

4. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information is shared only with service providers necessary to deliver our services (such as banking and identity-verification partners), or where required by law.

5. Credit checks

Where a credit check is required, we ask for your explicit consent within the application before contacting a credit bureau. Pawn and gold transactions never involve a credit check.

6. Retention & security

Application data is encrypted in transit and retained only as long as required to administer your loan and meet regulatory obligations. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time.
